Leave Payouts Visible on Electronic Timesheets

The Human Resources ERP Team set up values so Human Resources Time & Labor and the Dean of Faculties began entering leave payouts for terminated employees on Timesheets. This will allow the employees and departments to see the leave payout on Timesheet, Payable Time, and Time & Labor reports prior to the Cost Center Report.
